Reported formula — publication versus packaging

Our October 2026 review of the existing TitanFlow research page identifies these five ingredients. This is a description of the previously published seller-label interpretation, not a fresh authentication of the physical label. The current bottle and official sales checkout should be consulted before relying on amounts.
| Reported component | Reported amount / two capsules | Evidence caution |
|---|---|---|
| Pumpkin seed oil | 500 mg | Different preparations appear in research |
| Pygeum extract | 100 mg | Limited evidence from short and varied studies |
| Broccoli sprout extract | 50 mg | Cannot infer urinary outcomes from mechanisms |
| Lycopene 5% (tomato skin) | 37.5 mg | Insufficient evidence for BPH treatment |
| Beta-sitosterol complex | 30 mg | Blend weight is not necessarily active sterol dose |
How to interpret the label
Check serving size, total servings, active amounts, other ingredients, allergen statements and recommended use. If the current bottle differs from historical descriptions, the current label controls. A blend name by itself cannot tell you what clinical trial dose, if any, is comparable.
Evidence distance
A study testing one extract in one population cannot establish that a five-component formula achieves the same outcome. Look for finished-product research, defined endpoints, transparent safety reporting and clinically relevant effects.
How we reached this assessment
Our editorial method distinguishes three evidence layers: verified current label and merchant terms, seller-reported statements, and independent medical/scientific publications. Where current merchant facts cannot be authenticated, we label them as unresolved rather than publishing certainty.
